Minor ailment prescribing
Pharmacists can assess and prescribe for pink eye, UTIs, cold sores, allergies, rashes and more. No appointment needed.

Compounding
Custom-made creams, capsules, suspensions and veterinary preparations, prepared in our own labs at Queen St and Belmont.

Blister packs
Free compliance packaging in three formats: Dispill weekly cards, the Manrex MediCase, or the Manrex Care-ousel automated dispenser.
Three formats, and we'll help you pick: Dispill single-use weekly cards, the rigid Manrex MediCase for people on the go, or the Manrex Care-ousel, an alarmed dispenser that releases only the current dose. We set it up, sync your refills, and deliver if you like. Free.

Prescriptions delivered to your door in Kitchener–Waterloo, at no charge.
Same-day for orders in before 3 pm, Monday to Friday, across Kitchener and Waterloo. Ask about scheduled deliveries.
Vaccines and flu shots
Flu, COVID-19, shingles, pneumonia and travel vaccines, given in-store by a certified injector.
Publicly funded vaccines are free with a health card. Travel vaccines are available by appointment.

Assessment and prescribing for eligible patients with COVID-19 symptoms.
Bring your positive test or a record of symptoms. The assessment takes about ten minutes.
MedsCheck reviews
A one-on-one review of everything you take, to catch interactions and simplify your routine.
Covered by OHIP once a year for anyone on three or more chronic medications, and for anyone with diabetes.
Diabetes education
A certified diabetes educator on staff for meters, insulin, diet and ongoing support.
Meter training, insulin starts, diet and activity coaching with our certified diabetes educator.
INR clinic
Point-of-care INR testing and warfarin dose management.
Fingerstick INR with results in minutes. The pharmacist adjusts your warfarin dose under a directive with your physician.
Naloxone kits
Free kits and training, no questions asked.
Nasal spray and injectable kits, free, with a two-minute walkthrough on how to use them.
Smoking cessation
Pharmacist-led counselling and prescription support to help you quit.
Pharmacist-prescribed varenicline or bupropion, nicotine replacement and follow-up. Some options are covered by ODB.
Medication returns
Bring back expired or unused medications and used sharps for safe disposal.
